Each individual may hold only one registered account with 3win8. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. Winnings derived from duplicate accounts may be voided.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified at the time of offer. Bonuses must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Bonus terms supersede general withdrawal terms.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by 3win8 support. A minimum account activity requirement may apply before withdrawals are approved. Identity verification (KYC) may be required.
Collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, arbitrage betting in violation of platform rules, and fraudulent payment activity are strictly prohibited. 3win8 reserves the right to void bets and close accounts involved in any such conduct without prior notice.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the 3win8 Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not create an Account or use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
2.3 These Terms are available in English only. In the event of any discrepancy between any translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
3.1 To access the full functionality of the 3win8 Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as required during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred currency (MYR).
3.2 You may only hold one (1) Account on the Platform at any time. The operation of multiple Accounts, whether individually or in conjunction with third parties, is strictly prohibited. 3win8 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and void any Bets or winnings arising from duplicate Account activity.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information. Changes to personal details must be notified to 3win8 support promptly and are subject to KYC verification.
3.4 Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any rights associated with it to any third party.
4.1 By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you are not acting on behalf of any third party; (c) you are accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is legal under applicable law; and (d) you are not a self-excluded member on any 3win8 or affiliated platform.
4.2 Certain jurisdictions prohibit or restrict online gambling. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the 3win8 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 3win8 does not represent or warrant that the Platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. 3win8 will never request your password via email, live chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, or any other communication channel.
5.2 You must notify 3win8 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. 3win8 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
5.3 3win8 recommends that all Members enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts. 3win8 is not liable for losses resulting from failure to enable 2FA.
6.1 Deposits may be made via the payment methods currently available on the Platform, which may include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, credit/debit card, and cryptocurrency (USDT). Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.
6.2 All transactions on the 3win8 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 3win8 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
6.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (b) satisfactory completion of KYC verification; (c) minimum withdrawal thresholds as published on the Platform; and (d) consistency with the most recently used deposit method, subject to 3win8's discretion.
6.4 3win8 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting source-of-funds documentation, where this is required for compliance purposes. Processing may be suspended during such review periods.
6.5 3win8 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment service provider (e.g., your bank or eWallet operator) may impose their own transaction fees, for which 3win8 accepts no responsibility.
7.1 3win8 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and free bets. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which supplement and, where inconsistent, supersede these general Terms.
7.2 Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games will be specified in each promotion's terms.
7.3 3win8 reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim a bonus multiple times, exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, or colluding with other members.
7.4 3win8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
8.1 All Bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific game rules and sportsbook rules applicable to the product in question, in addition to these general Terms.
8.2 Once a Bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be altered, cancelled, or withdrawn except in circumstances explicitly provided for by the applicable game or event rules (e.g., event postponement, match abandonment).
8.3 In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed error that results in the display of incorrect odds, lines, or game outcomes, 3win8 reserves the right to void any affected Bets. Members will be notified and stakes returned to their Account Balance.
8.4 3win8 reserves the right to set maximum Bet limits and maximum payout limits at its sole discretion, which may vary by game type, market, account status, or promotional context.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3win8 Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of Bets and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities:
10.1 All content on the 3win8 Platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, game designs, trademarks, logos, text, and audio-visual elements, is the property of 3win8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. Any other use, including reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of Platform content, is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of 3win8.
11.1 3win8's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by the 3win8 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC, fraud prevention, marketing communications (where you have opted in), and regulatory compliance purposes.
12.1 3win8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform; (c) technical errors or system malfunctions; or (d) the conduct of third-party game providers or payment processors.
12.2 In all cases, 3win8's maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount held in your Account Balance at the time the relevant claim arises.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by 3win8's gross negligence.
13.1 3win8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its Malaysian player community. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible at all times from your Account settings: deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods (ranging from 24 hours to 30 days), and permanent self-exclusion.
13.2 Where a member requests self-exclusion, 3win8 will use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent that member from accessing the Platform for the duration of the exclusion period. Members are advised not to attempt to circumvent self-exclusion restrictions.
13.3 3win8 encourages members who experience difficulties with their gambling behaviour to seek assistance from recognised support organisations. The Platform does not endorse any specific third-party organisation but recommends seeking support from established problem gambling helplines operating in Malaysia.
13.4 Gambling is an entertainment activity. 3win8 does not guarantee any financial return from gambling and expressly cautions members against viewing gambling as a source of income. You must be 21 or older to use the 3win8 Platform.
14.1 3win8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including where: (a) there is evidence of or reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct; (b) required by applicable law or regulatory directive; (c) the Account has been inactive for an extended period as defined by 3win8's dormancy policy; or (d) 3win8 ceases to offer services in the member's jurisdiction.
14.2 Upon closure of an Account, any verified real-money Balance (net of bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via the most recently used withdrawal-eligible payment method, subject to any applicable legal holds.
14.3 Members may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting 3win8 customer support. Voluntary closure does not entitle the member to any compensation, and any pending bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
15.1 3win8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a notice posted on the Platform. Non-material amendments take effect immediately upon publication.
15.2 Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
16.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 3win8 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 3win8 holds its operating licence.
16.2 In the event of any dispute between you and 3win8, you should first contact 3win8 customer support by email at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. 3win8 will acknowledge dispute submissions within five (5) business days and endeavour to resolve them within thirty (30) days.
16.3 If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to the applicable regulatory authority under whose licence 3win8 operates. The regulatory authority's decision on matters within its jurisdiction shall be final and binding on both parties.
16.4 These Terms do not affect any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.
